Joseph holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Production) majoring in Design Realisation from the Victorian College of the Arts. Most recently they were the set and costume designer for Fuck Fabulous ( Mardi Gras Festival and Arts Centre Melbourne 2020) The Coronation of Poppea and The Enchanted Pig directed by Gale Edwards ( Gertrude Opera Yarra Valley Opera Festival 2019) Sweet Charity directed by Maureen Bowra and Kris Stewart (Brisbane Powerhouse 2019).
Joseph was also the set and costume designer for the Australian premier of The Handmaid’s Tale Opera and the set designer of Cosi Fan Tutti for Gertrude Opera in 2018. Joseph was the set and costume designer of Elbow Room’s Prehistoic (Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2018), Costume designer on Greta Nash’s films Removals (JUMP productions 2019) Locker Room (Melbourne International Film Festival 2017) and Two Piece (TROPFEST 2018 - Winner). Joseph is currently the resident designer On the Fence Productions designing set and costume for Born to Achieve (Melbourne Fringe 2018), BREADCRUMBS (Poppy seed festival 2017) and set designer for 3 Blind Mice (Nominated for best live performance Melbourne Fringe 2016)
In 2019 Joseph was the recipient of the Besen Family Fellowship for their work on the Yarra Valley Opera Festival Season.
